What are your favorite tools for AI assisted art creation? What would you recommend and why? What are the requirements (money, pc specifications, licenses,etc)?

I have seen some excellent creations and I would like to know how those are created and what people are using.

There is an app that allows you to easily capture motion.

It might be possible to mix it with StopMotipn.
